VACANT & PARTIAL STAGING

When buyers walk into an empty home, it can be difficult to imagine the full potential of the space. Luxury staging helps bring that vision to life.

We at O Designs transforms vacant properties into elegant, inviting spaces using carefully curated furniture and styling that highlights the architecture and flow of the home.

If the property already includes some furniture, we also offer Partial Staging, combining selected existing pieces with our staging collection to create a refined presentation that attracts buyers.

We view and measure your property. Then submit a proposal same day!

SCHEDULING

We make all delivery arrangements
and process your payment.

STAGING

We spend 1 day staging your property to a picture perfect result.

REMOVAL

Then once it sells, we move everything back to our 10,000 SF warehouse.

STAGING CONSULTATIONS

Our Designer will meet with you at your home and plan room by room how to make your home attractive for buyers.

Upon completion you will receive a check list and a report of everything that needs to be done to your home.

Properties up to 1800 sq ft: $250

Properties up to 3000 sq ft: $300

Properties 3000+ sq ft: $350+
